Fees & Billing

• Lesson fees are $75 per hour, $60 per 45 minutes, and $45 per half hour.

• Lessons are paid monthly by the first lesson of each month.

• Methods of payment include PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, or check.

Attendance and Cancellations

• Scheduling: Students are assigned a regular weekly lesson time.  Flexibility for holidays, vacations, etc., is possible, but must be arranged with advance notice. Lesson time is a standing appointment reserved exclusively for you and consistent attendance is crucial for progress.

• Required notice: If you need to cancel a lesson, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice via
  email or text message is required. Lessons cancelled 24 hours in advance will be
  made up/rescheduled subject to availability. Lessons cancelled with less than 24-
  hours’ notice will be charged in full and will not be made up. If lessons are missed
  on a regular basis, especially without notice, I reserve the right to remove the student from my roster.

• No-shows: Students who do not show up for a scheduled lesson without notice will
  be charged the full lesson fee.

• Illness: If you are sick, please cancel your lesson to protect your voice and the
  health of others. A make-up credit will be issued if adequate notice is given. Online
  lessons are also an option when dealing with mild illness.

• Teacher cancellations: In the event the teacher cancels a lesson, you will be notifiedas soon as possible, and a make-up lesson will be scheduled. If a make-up lesson isnot feasible, you will not be charged for the lesson. Designated studio breaks willbe communicated via email or text message.
